We sell primarily small, soft, yarn or plush Marionette Puppets that are very simple for children (5 & up is best) to use. The strings detach instantly for easy untangling should puppets become tangled. The puppets come in a wide variety of types and colors.

Though we do not put on “Puppet Shows” we do demonstrate the puppets and the children (or adults) are free to use the puppets while deciding which puppet is the one for them! All puppets in stock ship the same or next business day. Items that have to be ordered take approximately one week to ship. Most items are in stock and ready to ship but due to our heavy show schedule, availability at time of order in unknown.

Return Merchandise Policy.

Price is a big part of our business, at the price we sell our puppets we have little margin. Sales are final once processed through our website. If you have a confirmation number your sale is final.

If there is a problem and you feel you need to return an item please understand there will be a 20% re-stocking fee involved. You must contact us at thepuppetshack@yahoo.com to get an approval before returning anything. You must call within ONE WEEK of receiving your order.

If you have a question, please contact us and we will do all we can to help with the problem. No returns or exchanges will be considered after 7 days of your receipt of order.

We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. If we get the package back due to an incorrect shipping address you will be notified and a corrected shipping address will be requested. At this point we will re-bill you for the additional shipping fee and ship you package a second time. We can not absorb this fee unless it was our error.
